From Service To Politics 2015

Whether on the battlefield or in local communities, citizens who serve our country in the military, AmeriCorps, or the Peace Corps showcase everyday that they have what it takes to get the job done for America.At a time when our nation's politics are in a constant state of gridlock, we need those who have served community and country to bring their leadership to politics and policy. This semi-annual event will bring together service veterans from the civilian/military sectors to ignite a discussion about moving from service to politics.

Rep. Seth Moulton of Massachusetts, a Marine Corps veteran, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, a Captain in the Hawaii Army National Guard, Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah, an Air Force veteran, and Rep. Joe Kennedy of Massachusetts, a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, are confirmed to speak. Additional details on speakers and the program forthcoming.
